 Made in 1966, here is the saxophone which is the real deal, practically every great player owns or has owned this legendary instrument. This one is in excellent order, and I can give any interested parties the history of this horn over the last 20 years .

 Conn 16m tenor sax .  This is also known as the Conn Director, or “Shooting Star” model. This one was produced in 1962 as far as records will allow me to ascertain. There are a few small dings over the horn, but it is in perfect playing order, the pads look to be original, and there is plenty of life left in them. Although this is not from the vintage of the 10M, make no mistake, it’s a great blower, a huge round sound, great for jazz, or the Rock ’n Roll player. Hard case. I bought this as a spare a few years back, and did quite a few gigs on it, performs great. Two local pros borrowed this while I was servicing their instruments, and they both loved it. !!
